FAQ

The exercises included in the training program are designed so that you do not need any special training equipment. For many exercises, however, you will need a training stick, which can also be a broomstick or something similar that is at least 1.20 m (4 feet) long. For some exercises, it is also necessary to have a chair and some space on a wall. We recommend performing the exercises on a soft surface, such as a yoga mat, and using a folded towel to rest your head on.

As the training program only uses your own body weight, the training is not restricted to a specific age group or training level. However, if you are in any kind of pain, it´s highly recommended to speak to your doctor before starting the program. If they recommend you to do exercises, this platform should be fine.

The following technical requirements should be met so that the program works smoothly on your computer and you can concentrate fully on the training:

A stable internet connection with a download speed of at least 8 Mbps.

The last browser update should not be older than one year.

HTML5 must be supported for the video player to work. Ideally, your PC, laptop, smartphone or tablet should not be older than 5 years.

The aim of the course is to help you through the training, especially if you have recurring or persistent back pain, and thus relieve your pain. However, it is important that you do not have any serious joint problems.

So if you currently experience serious joint damage, it is important to clarify with your doctor in advance to what extent you are allowed to exercise. Please note the contraindications in this regard. The exercises in this course have been selected to put as little strain as possible on your joints.
